Tweeps give Mango Airlines serious deadline to respond to HIV and racist remarks

- A few days ago news was shared that Mango Airlines allegedly sent a message to an employee that is blatantly racist and discriminating

- The airline claims the message is fake and they are looking into finding the person behind it

- However, that did not stop South Africans from demanding the truth about the incident

On 19 July, parody Twitter account Man's Not Barry Roux shared a screenshot of a text message a Mango employee allegedly received, as reported on by Briefly.co.za.

The screenshot showed an alleged text message a Mango employee received from the HR, whose name is saved on the phone as 'Mandy HR Mango'.

TimesLIVE reports that the airline has made a public statement saying the message is false and will be investigated to find whoever is behind it.

Still, South African tweeps want the truth and they are demanding it on social media.
