Twitter wishes EFF happy anniversary as party turns 5

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) celebrated its fifth year since its establishment and social media users took to Twitter to congratulate Juju’s party for the milestone.

On Thursday, Julius Malema and his party celebrated their fifth year as a political party in South Africa.

Taking to social media, tweeps congratulated the EFF, wishing them a happy fifth birthday.

So, in honour of the EFF turning five, Briefly.co.za gathered some tweeps’ #EFFTurns5 congratulations messages.

Nthabiseng Legodi wrote, “Here is to 5 years of unbroken commitment to the struggle for economic freedom in our lifetime. A giant movement that changed the political landscape and reignited my commitment to the liberation of black people in particular. #EFFTurns5 #26JulyMovement.”

Taking to his official Twitter page, Julius Malema also shared a message in honour of his party’s fifths anniversary.

“Now or never victory is certain. Happy 5th Anniversary @EFFSouthAfrica #EFFTurns5,” he captioned the post.
