- Reabetswe Kungwane made SA proud recently when she brought home two international dancing awards
- She is only ten years old and is already achieving great things
- She has also already published her first book
The Sky is the limit for little Reabetswe Kungwane after bringing home 2 international awards. Competing against seven other countries, the ten-year-old brought home two trophies from the American Dance Awards, reports goodthingsguy.com.
The young girl provides great insight into her passion for dancing.
“I like dancing so much because instead of writing my emotions I dance out my emotions. “The competition was very nice, there were a lot of dancers, we were competing against seven countries and I came back with trophies.”
Her talent doesn’t end there and when she is not dancing, she is a child-author. She is proud to have published her first book in February of this year. The book is entitled ‘Stories you’ve never heard before’ and it is a collection of 10 short stories based on her everyday experiences. Each experience showcases a different moral. She even got to do a few illustrations in the book.
Stories like this one always inspire us and it is great to see young South Africans rising to great heights.
