- The car was recovered by the Police but no arrests have been made
Somizi’s G-Wagon recently suffered a very traumatic experience. In South Africa, it is not abnormal to hear of a hijacking, but that does not make it any easier to experience.
We are all familiar with his R2million luxurious G-Wagon, while this is the car he was in when the incident happened.
Briefly.co.za learnt that the car was stolen last week Monday in Ridgeway Johannesburg.
Somizi was not driving at the time, his friend and businessman, Leeroy Sidambe, was.
The hijackers did not only take the car, they apparently took valuables such as shopping items that were just purchased, bank cards and cash top the value of R21 000.00
Somizi was so proud when he took delivery of his famous G-Wagon, how could we forget.
As Somizi was not in the car, he was notified of the incident and immediately contacted the police.
The vehicle was found in Eldorado Park by the Police. Unfortunately no arrests have been made.
Sidambe is still extremely traumatised and he is seeking counselling to deal with the traumatic event.
