Former Free State Stars assistant coach Bradley Carnell says his former boss Giovanni Solinas has what it takes to succeed at Kaizer Chiefs. The former Bafana Bafana left back lauded Giovanni Solinas' work ethic praising him for being organised. Carnell who worked with Solinas during the 2015 season feels the set up at Naturena is ideal for Solinas to make his mark.
Solinas is viewed as a strategist and as Carnell confirmed to the Times Live, he’s very structured‚ very organised‚ very disciplined. This will bode well for Chiefs fans who are hungry for success after three barren seasons under former mentor Steve Komphela. Solinas will have his work cut out at Naturena , however, his task will be eased by the positive signings the club has made in the pre-season. The signings have been good cause for optimism and the intelligent Salinos is expected to implement his blue print on a rejuvenated squad.
Briefly.co.za gathered that it will be key for the new gaffer to be given sufficient time to impose his philosophy on the squad. The challenge will be to win silverware a record that the new coach needs to improve on despite his penchant for detail and his workaholic nature.
