So many Nigerians have taken to social media to show off how they pick up innocent children from the streets with the hope of sending them back to school. The children are either found hawking on the street or doing all sort of menial.
A car dealer identified as @otaigbeautos has taken to his Instagram handle to share the picture of a 13-year-old mechanic boy who he intends to enroll into school. He added that, he will not give any sort of cash to the boy’s parents but will personally pay for his fees and all other school materials.
The young man added that he met the boy when he went to the mechanic’s workshop to fix his car while other children were in school studying. This happened on Monday, July 16.
His post reads: “Something happened on the 16th of July, 2018 I went to a mechanic workshop to get someone to check my car and found this 13 years old boy in the morning..my first questions was why are you not in school story for another but I made a decision that very moment that I will send you back to school after school hours or during holiday you can still go learn the mechanic..
