A female Ghanaian teacher and her students have won the hearts of many Ghanaians on social media with their special handshakes which have gone viral in a video.
In the video sighted by Briefly.co.za, the teacher was seen standing at the entrance of the classroom, met her students with handshakes which have been personalised to every student.
Checks showed that the video was posted on the Instagram handle of the teacher who is known by the name, sister_ewura.
She captioned her video, “Let us remember: One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world.”
Even though the video appears to be a remake of a YouTube video which went viral on social media, the Ghanaian version has left many people in awe.
Many people who have seen the video were marvelled by the retentive memory of both the teacher and her students.
Some fans were of the view that the teacher’s little act would go a long way to keep the students in school.
brunodenise who saw the video wrote, “Am just in love with how u handle ur profession. You a r currently trending on GHGossip.com Facebook page. Keep it up dear.”
Another fan voltabwoy, commented, “Lovely teacher”. americaman_photos also wrote, “Saw dis video on anada platform ..i was really wowed ..keep id up Hun.”
gayobi_achawa who could not fathom how the teacher could memorize all these complex moves commented, “I love you, how do you remember all of them.”
mr_anokye1 who was out of words to express his admiration, put together these words, “Not all heroes wear caps...some are in the classroom teaching our very young brothers and sisters. You're a real hero @sister_ewura . Continue doing what you are doing.”
The video has since gone viral across many social media platforms and the teacher has received commendation from people from all walks of life.
