Sjava schools American on African languages during Beats1 radio interview

Sjava made South Africa proud during an interview on US radio show, Beats by taking a few minutes to teach listeners as well as presenter, Ebro how to say a few things in Zulu.

Sjava has been doing a lot of interviews in America to talk about his role as King Shaka in an upcoming movie as well as his music.

Host, Ebro asked Sjava to try his hand at presenting by introducing fellow artist, Confessions in Zulu.

He then explained some fun phrases and advised him on how he could incorporate them into his own conversations.

Fans of Sjava took to Twitter to praise him for taking some time to share his culture and language with the host.

In a previous interview with Ebro, Sjava voiced his opinions on the land debate which has arisen once again in South Africa.

Briefly.co.za learned that he believed that the land belongs to the people and it should be returned to them. He also went on to say that farmers should be paying rent to the people because they do not own the land.
