- One couple who got married recently fulfilled a prophecy when they said “I do”
- The two spoke openly about how they both had prophetic dreams about their wedding long before they were dating
- They are now happily married and ready to live their lives together
One wedding was a true match made in heaven as it fulfilled a prophetic vision.
According to an article in SowetanLive, Dineo Selebi and her husband David fulfilled a prophetic vision from before they were even dating when they got married recently.
Dineo spoke openly about how God had given her a vision almost three years ago about the man that she would marry. She was not even dating at the time.
"Between 2015/16 I received prophetic messages that God will bring me a soul mate who will be my husband. It came to me in a few dreams," she says.
Although the pair attended the same church, for a long time they did little more than greet each other. David is a pastor at her church and so they would see each other on a regular basis.
"I saw myself getting married - although I [could] not [see the bridegroom's] face."
"I woke up with a dream telling my mom that people were coming to request segosametsi (a hand marriage). However, in the dream there was an issue about some shoes."
It was only much later that the two realised they had the same dream in the same week.
Although they have seven children from previous relationships, the happy couple are hoping to add to their family soon.
Briefly.co.za reported on another happy couple recently when one woman shared her true love story explaining how the couple waited until their wedding day.
Sopha Rush and her husband, Anthony, have a love story that’s not very common in relationships this day and age- from placing God first to waiting until they got married.
Rush made a decision to stay pure until she tied the knot when she was still in primary school.
The blogger explained she wanted to make a vow to God that she was going to save herself for marriage.
Although Anthony was not celibate, he practiced abstinence to respect his wife's decision to wait until their wedding day.
