One of South Africa’s most influential media personalities, Robert Marawa, was allegedly hospitalized for two weeks for unknown causes.
It is said that Robert spent two weeks in a private hospital in Johannesburg, but the reason for his hospitalization is still unknown, reported ZAlebs.
He was a host for the FIFA World Cup but SuperSport was forced to place Carol Tshabalala and Neil Andrews as replacement hosts for the remaining duration of the event.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Robert had suffered prior health issues and it was reported that his hospitalization was due to a new health issue.
In 2008, Marawa suffered was a heart attack after attending a gym session. He claimed it was due to him not being active enough and his extremely busy routine. He also stated that there was no history of heart attacks in his family.
He has apparently shot down the reports on his alleged hospitalization, stating that there are more important things for the media to worry about.
