Kimberley man celebrates divorce in most unusual manner and goes viral

A relieved man in Kimberly, Northern Cape, celebrated his divorce recently in a most unusual manner.

Bongani Sebuzo wrote the words "Just Divorced" on his car and posted photos and a video of it on Facebook, Briefly.co.za gathered.

He also posted photos of himself with his ring and after taking it off. In his post, Bongani revealed that he got married in 2011, filed for divorce in 2015, and finalised it on 3 August, 2018.

Bongani could not hide his joy at his newfound freedom. In some photos, he raises his hands as if to give thanks to God that it's finally over.

In his video, he even dances on the street and downs a bottle of beer in celebration. He declared, "I'm a free man. I got my life back."

Bongani's posts have gone absolutely viral. His pictures have received over 11,000 shares, 4,600 reactions, and 2,500 comments so far.

Similarly, his video has been watched more than 270,000 times. Commenters expressed amusement at Bongani's unusual celebration.

While some were happy for him, others said there are always two sides to the story.
