A South African man took to social media to share a video of himself surprising his 93-year-old aunt with a visit.
South African author Khaya Dlanga took to social media to share a video of himself surprising his grandma with a visit and her reaction was priceless.
"My 93-year-old great aunt was about to wash dishes when I surprised her. She smothered me with kisses and then started admonishing me for only seeing her once last year. She has every right. I will see her more often now," Dlanga captioned the post.
"Seeing her in September and I will ask her what she believes the secrets are to her long and active life. She was just about to wash dishes here," Dlanga added.
The video sparked a reaction from social media users, who praised the old lady for her wisdom.
Social media user @Nomsa_mthethwa7 wrote, "She's a strong woman, she can see, she can walk, and she's lively at that age! Naze nabusiswa."
Wadzie_Wadzanai added, "You know she will still want answers about a wife right?? September is the day after tomorrow are you prepared???"
Another tweep, @Hombi_sa, added: "I hope you washed those dishes Khaya."
