Sbahle Mpisane's loved ones react to the news of her crash

Sbahle’s father, Sbu Mpisane, has been holding a vigil for friends and family as they wait to hear more news about her condition.

Mpisane has spoken about how emotional the ordeal has been and he still has no more information about what happened to her. He was simply told that she had been in an accident.

Itumeleng Khune, Sbahle’s boyfriend, is still struggling to comprehend the news.

ZAlebs reports that the soccer star took to Instagram to send her his love and prayers.

Briefly.co.za learned that while the couple have been off and on for some time, it appears that they had gotten back together and were planning a future before the accident occurred.

The TV star and fitness guru, Sbahle Mpisane is in a critical condition following a car crash in the early hours of Thursday morning. She sustained multiple injuries from the crash.

Sbu Mpisane said that she is in a critical condition however she is receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit at Netcare St Augustine’s Hospital in Durban.

TimesLIVE reports that the rescue team found her body trapped inside her car after it had overturned on Margaret Mncadi Avenue. Once she was freed, medics stabilized her condition and rushed her to hospital by ambulance.

Police are investigating the matter but are yet to confirm what caused the accident, although it appears hit a pole after leaving the road.
