With job opportunities being so scarce in South Africa, one has to go the extra mile to stand out above the rest- and that's exactly what a local man, Khosi Pearl Lepule, did.

Lepule, an unemployed graduate, took to the streets with the hope of landing a job.

He had a sign with him which read: "My name is Khosi Pearl Lepule, I have a national higher certificate in accountancy and a national diploma in cost and management accounting. I major in financial management (cost accounting), taxation, financial accounting and SAGE Pastel, etc. I am looking for a job. I have a copy of my CV with me. Thank you."

A photo of Lepule with his sign was shared on social media by @Phumi_doesradio on Saturday.

The post sparked a massive reaction and soon social media users offered their help and advice.
