- Antwon took his baby son to hospital to get his vaccine jabs
- His girlfriend filmed him comforting his baby
- The video has gone viral
Parenting often brings out the most adorable moments. This was true for a US dad who recently took his newborn son to hospital for his vaccine jabs.
According to trendingstylist.com, Antwon Lee felt nervous because he knew his son, Debias King Lee, would feel some pain from the jabs.
He therefore gently spoke to little Debias and assured him it was okay to cry. When Debias cried from his jabs, Antwon reacted reassuringly and even appeared to share his pain.
When it was finally over, Antwon carried his son around the room and comforted him until he eventually stopped crying.
Unbeknown to the doting dad, his girlfriend filmed the adorable moment. They later posted the video on YouTube, where it went viral.
In an interview, Antwon explained how he felt and reacted:
I felt kind of scared a little bit. I knew he was going to go through some pain. I had to figure out a way to comfort him, and I let him know again it was okay to cry.
I felt the pain he was going through! At that moment, there was pressure, but at the same time, it was beautiful.
