Chloe Carrion, a little girl who hails from Fairfax County in Virginia, was at home when her aunt went to the bathroom with severe stomach pains.
According to the video posted by Eyewitness News, the aunt hid her pregnancy from her family and it turned out her stomach cramps was actually labour pains.
Carrion recalled her aunt yelled for her from the bathroom, and she told the 10-year-old she had just given birth.

She Facetimed her mom, April West, to let her know and then continued to phone 911 since her aunt passed out due to a lot of blood loss during birth.
Carrion said she watched a couple of YouTube videos on dolls and she decided to use those techniques she learned on her baby cousin.
"The videos helped me with swaddling and cleaning him up from everything," she said.
She even cut the umbilical cord with the help of 911 dispatchers who coached her over the phone, Briefly.co.za learned.
The swift actions of the brave little girl helped save the lives of both her and and new born cousin.
