On Wednesday, 15 August, football star Musa Nyatma celebrated his 31st birthday, which is also special one for him.
As Briefly.co.za reported previously, the Orlando Pirates midfielder celebrated his first birthday since becoming a dad.
So, in honour of his special birthday, we decided to gather four interesting facts about his life and career.
1. Early life
The football star was born Musa Bloffis Nyatama on 15 August 1987 in Benoni, Gauteng.
2. Youth career
Nyatama was a skilled footballer from a very young age. During his younger years, the 31-year-old ran out on the field for Daveyton Liverpool and Bidvest Wits, diski365.co.za reported.
3. Senior career
The renowned footballer is a favourite amongst South African clubs and apart from his spot on the Orlando Pirates team, he played for several others includingThanda Royal Zulu, Maritzburg United, Mamelodi Sundowns and Bloemfontein Celtic.
He also made his debut on the international scene by playing for South Africa in 2012.
4. Racking up awards
Last month, Nyatama went home with all the major awards at the Orlando Pirates awards ceremony, News24 reported.
He won the title of player of the year, as well as player's player of the year and Fan's Player of the Year following an impressive 2017/2018 season.
