Sbahle Mpisane's dad will host a fitness event honoring her recovery

- The fitness guru’s family will be holding a fitness and prayer session in her honour

Sbahle Mpisane’s family felt that it would be fitting to hold a fitness training session followed by a moment of prayer that fans can attend and participate in to show their support.

Former Idols contestant-turned-pastor, Khaya Mthethwa will be leading the service while Yolanda Sokhela will get everyone moving with the workout portion of the day.

Sbahle has been in a critical condition since she crashed her car over a week ago and despite the odds, she is slowly recovering.

Earlier this week, she managed to open her eyes and is now off of life support. learned that her father, Sbu Mpisane has been keeping the media and her fans up-to-date on her progress.

TimesLIVE reports that he is humbled by the amount of love that the family have received his daughter and are sure that she will make a full recovery.

He was relieved to hear that she was now breathing on her own and he thanked God for her miraculous recovery.

While she is not completely out of the woods just yet, she has made major progress which is promising.

Sbahle ended up in hospital after the car she was driving left the road and hit a pole in Margaret Mncadi Avenue in Durban.

The fitness bunny is lucky to have survived the crash as her car had overturned and burst into flames. Thankfully, witnessed the accident and rushed to put the fire out.

Paramedics had to cut her out of the wreckage and rushed her to St Augustine’s hospital where she has been receiving treatment for multiple fractures and internal bleeding.
