Twitter is abuzz as beautiful Nonhle Thema returns to TV screens

- Nonhle Thema reappeared on Mzansi TV screens as a co-presenter for ‘Trending SA’

- She left the industry in 2016 to go into real estate

- Tweeps flooded social media begging for her to make a comeback after seeing the episode

At one point, fans of Nonhle Thema thought they would never see her return to the screen after she left the industry to pursue a very different line of work in real estate.

However, she made a one night only appearance on ‘Trending SA’ to co-present the show.

She officially stepped away from the cameras in 2016 but it did not come as that much of a surprise to her fans as they were beginning to see her less and less on TV.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that the former Channel O presenter was extremely glad to get out of the limelight and have a normal life.

She also tends to stay away from social media as she is flooded with messages from her fans asking for her to return to presenting.

She is quite a private person and she managed to get married a year ago, but the news only broke a couple of months back.

TimesLIVE reports that the show invited her to join them in filming the episode and she agreed.

Nonhle was known as the Queen of Shade during her career as she always had a spicy clapback at the ready and her segment on ‘Trending SA’ was no different.

It was evident that tweeps had missed her as they pleaded for her to come back to presenting.

At one point, tweeps put forward a petition to get a talk show just for her.
