Mmatsatsi admitted that when she first got the call from the English club she thought they were joking.

I remember waking up to a text message from BHAFC asking me when it would be a convenient time for them to call me to discuss Percy Tau because they are very interested in signing him.

She couldn't believe that it was real, not after she had been spending more than a year trying to get an international opportunity for her client Percy Tau.

Percy was Mmatsatsi first client since she opened sports agency in 2009. She's confident he will go very far. She praises not only his hard work and talent but his confidence and resilience as well.

Mmatsatsi told Percy about the interest from the British club two days later while she was still trying to wrap her head around the idea.

Mmatsatsi is an attorney as well as football agent. She runs her own legal practice, Sefalafala Attorneys.

While this deal is an amazing achievement, Mmatsatsi admitted it was the most complicated and hardest deal she has ever brokered.

She had to keep patient, be disciplined and resilient. She only learned just how complicated big deals like this can get as the discussions progressed.

According to IOL News, Mmatsatsi faced more difficulties because she's a woman. She stated that women in her position face bullying unscrupulous conduct. She added that women have to work harder and be brave.

People would pretend to want to offer assistance while they're actually trying to impede discussions. This is true for male and female football agents.

The successful agent has 4 other footballers that she represents: Hlompho Kekana, Innocent Maela, Given Thibedi and Lefa Hlongwane,

Ambition is not lacking with this determined woman because she'd like to start representing rugby players as well. Her recent success is certain to make this a possibility.
