A beautiful South African woman living with HIV has declared that the condition takes nothing away from her.
Writing on Twitter, the Midrand-based @pozcandy said she's still an activist and a mother despite being HIV positive.
She added that she still works hard, "slays," and lives just like any other person. She urged her followers to retweet her message to spread the positivity.
@pozcandy regularly posts photos and videos of HIV activism events that she attends on Twitter, Briefly.co.za gathered.
Recently, she was in KwaZulu-Natal at a three-day HIV prevention and advocacy training workshop for the youth.
Her HIV activism has inspired many others living with the condition, such as Lebogang Matsumi.
@pozcandy's tweet inspired hundreds of tweeps, racking up over 390 likes and 260 retweets so far. Her followers praised her for spreading her positive-living message.
