Zola 7 will be making his return to TV screens in October with his new show, ‘Hope With Zola’.
The show is aimed at helping young people to achieve their goals as well as looking into social issues that are affecting poorer communities, such as the lack of employment opportunities for the youth as well as inadequate housing.
Bonginkosi Dlamini best known by his stage name ‘Zola 7’ previously had a show on SABC1 which he has revived for 13 new episodes to be aired on DStv's new channel, Moja Love.
Briefly.co.za gathered that the debut episode of the show will be focussed on helping a small community in Gauteng to build its first library.
The Sunday World reports that the head of Moja Love, Jacque Rainers-Sentai is eager to air the show as viewers have been demanding for its return.
The SABC1 show has been off air for eight years but Jacqui has stated that the musician has still been helping people despite not being on TV.
Zola 7 has been urging fellow South Africans to get involved in uplifting their communities and is hoping that the new show will inspire viewers to do more.
