Gold medallist Caster Semenya meets her idol LeBron James in Berlin

Caster Semenya is a huge fan of basketball player, Lebron James and he recently flew to Berlin in Germany to watch her compete at the 2018 International Stadionfest tournament.

Caster is an avid supporter of LeBron and frequently shares pictures of him in her Instagram feed as well as gushes about him during interviews.

She admits that she admires his talent and determination, one day she hopes to have these qualities in common with the basketball player.

Briefly.co.za learned that Caster uses her Instagram account to motivate herself and her followers by posting pictures of the people and quotes that inspire her to work harder.

It comes as no surprise that she often features LeBron James in her feed because he is the person that she idolizes the most.

ZAlebs reports that LeBron got on a plan to travel to Berlin to watch the South African gold medallist compete in the 1000m race at the track and field tournament.

After her race, Caster finally got to meet her idol and from the photos, she could not have been happier.

Caster and Lebron posed for a few pictures to capture the moment and for Caster, it really was a dream come true.
