Nasty C and his followers took to the comments section of his Instagram account to argue about his remark.

While fans have been loving his new album they felt that the rapper still had a long way to go before he could compare himself to the heavy hitters in the hip-hop game.

'Strings and Bling' released earlier this year and Mzansi can't get enough of it

Nasty C praises his own album by saying that he is better than Eminem, J. Coles or Nas

TimesLIVE reports that most fans in Mzansi felt that Nasty C was good enough to be compared to the rap icons.

Some of his fans even came out to say that ‘Strings and Bling’ was way better than ‘Scorpion’ and that he is the best rapper both locally and internationally.

This is not the first time that Nasty C has made some controversial comparisons, earlier on in his career, Nasty C stated that his mixtape was better than Kanye West’s ‘The Life of Pablo’.

Briefly.co.za reported that earlier this week that Nasty C got very defensive of his new album when he learned that tweeps were calling it ‘Strings and Blings’ instead of its proper name.

Maybe this was Nasty’s way of giving social media users something else to talk about.
