Why did #SkeemSaam's Kwaito call Leeto when MaNtuli collapsed?

Tweeps were concerned when MaNtuli collapsed on the latest episode of ‘Skeem Saam’, but they were left scratching their head when Kwaito called Leeto to help her instead of an ambulance.

MaNtuli has been having a very stressful time and it seems like everything that has happened over the last few episodes has finally caught up to her.

Briefly.co.za previously learned that she has been living her best life after receiving some extra money with her pension this month and she has used this to her advantage.

Her old boss, Mr Kgomo learned about the extra R150 000 bonus she received by mistake and he came to find out where that money has gone, after spending it all, it’s no surprise that MaNtuli’s heart started racing.

Fans were in for a dramatic show on Monday night when MaNtuli fell to the floor after suffering a heart attack and needed to be rushed to the hospital but for some reason her son, Kwaito thought that a lawyer was a good substitute for an ambulance.

Thankfully the Matsibela boys were there to lighten the mood after they arrived home from their trip to Durban with a 2-litre coke bottle filled with sea water, which is a tradition for anyone visiting the 031.
