Man meets and falls in love with jilted visually-impaired lady has sighted a love story on Facebook about how a single father of one met and fell in love with a woman who had been rendered blind while cooking a meal for her ex-boyfriend.

According to the story which was shared on the Facebook page of David Papa Bondze-Mbir, the man who was recounting his proposal story revealed how he met his wife in the waiting room of a hospital.

In recounting the story, the man, who grew to have a soft spot for the lady, said, his wife was not born blind but was in an accident.

According to the man, his wife got blind while frying octopus for her ex-boyfriend. The ex-boyfriend who was bound to get married to the lady, abandoned her after the accident. learned that after she was jilted, she went into depression and always had to cry herself to sleep after she has mentioned the name of her ex-boyfriend several times.

The man revealed that his daughter had taken so much special liking to the visually-impaired lady that his daughter’s mother started getting jealous and warned him over it.

He revealed that his daughter was so fond of the visually-impaired woman that they often spent hours on the phone.

The man who was obviously in love with the woman went on to reveal how he proposed to his wife and how they have been each other’s happiness ever since.

He added that they have a son together and his wife is expecting another baby soon.

“We’ve been married with a son, and a new arrival on its way soon. My mother-in-law and my daughter have been helping her around the house, because there is only one person working to bring enough money to sustain the family, and God being so good, we are comfortable with what I am earning.”

The story forms part of an episode on how men proposed to their wives. Some readers have sent in long narrations of how they popped one of the world’s toughest questions.
