Tweeps share proud moment after Mzansi gogo’s Xhosa skills go viral

Tweeps had a proud moment when a video of a white lady speaking near perfect Xhosa went viral.

The woman began having a conversation in Xhosa and she did not stutter once, tweeps were proud to see that she had taken the time to learn and practice the difficult language.

The video then sparked a conversation about land ownership, with many tweeps saying that the taking back the land is meant to bring equality between black and white people. It is not meant to be a way to disadvantage or to get revenge on white people.

Some Twitter users felt moved by her skills and said that seeing different people learning more about each other’s cultures gives them hope about the future of the country.
