Mzansi celeb squads give a new meaning to friendship. Their cliques are so tight that they have defined #SquadGoals and are constantly raising the bar on what it means to be ‘a member’.
There is nothing greater than having a friend, or a bunch, that you can undoubtedly rely one. They say that ‘friends are family that you choose’ and our Mzansi celebs have chosen wisely.
From bestie vaycays to having one another’s backs on social media wars, they do it all, reported ZAlebs. Being stars themselves, they understand their friend’s struggles and that is probably why they are so damn close.
We don’t only follow celebs these day, we follow squads. If one is there, we are almost sure that the whole lot will be as they never leave a member hanging.
Here are five Mzansi celeb cliques that are constantly dishing out those #SquadGoals:
1. Pearl Thusi and DJ Zinhle
They are the bestie definition. These ladies define what it is to be a ‘ride or die’. They are so close that their daughters are practically siblings. These two women are independent moguls.
2. Rouge and her Moozie
Briefly.co.za learnt that Nomuzi Mabena and Rouge are female powerhouses who support one another through thick and thin. Things come and go, but Rouge and Nomuzi are forever.
3. AKA’s Supa Mega squad
Jr, Anatii, Blaqsmith, Yanga and Da LES are just a few of AKA’s 'members'. The rapper has a pretty big squad, but he holds each person very close to his heart. AKA believes that his best friends are his ‘biggest idols’.
4. Queen B’s posy
Lorna Maseko & Bonang
The two stunners are the one of Mzansi’s hottest besties. They do everything together and one of our fav’s are their bestie vaycay's.
“Pinky girl” and B
Aside from Lorna, Pinky is B’s other treasure.
5. Anele Mdoda’s crew
Anele also has a pretty big crew which she can trust with her all. Trevor Noah, Sizwe Dhlomo, Khaya Dlanga and Xolisa Dyeshana make up her man meat crew.
While on the other hand, she has her girls too. Unathi Nkayi, Lerato Sengadi and Celeste Ntuli make up her woman power crew.
