Rarely people come into others' life and they leave an impression even if they were separated for years.
Take the story of Adele van Rooyen and Abraham Johannes as an example. Van Rooyen grew up on a farm and Johannes was her dad's employee.
Facebook page IDestiny shared a message van Rooyen wrote after Johannes surprised her at work.
"I was at work today when one of my colleagues said there was someone who wanted to see me," she wrote in Afrikaans.
Van Rooyen was pleasantly surprised when she saw Johannes, who worked for her father for 38-years, and she knew him since she was in grade one.
"He is one of the best people I have ever known," she added as she nearly burst out in tears.
Van Rooyen and Johannes drank coffee and talked, and she said he made her day by showing up to her job.
She added she would always trust Johannes and she would remember him for the rest of her life.
Briefly.co.za gathered Johannes is spending some time on the farm now, and he just wanted to make sure the farm workers were doing their jobs.
