Cassper Nyovest got himself a lot of negative attention when he recently spoke his mind on Twitter. Not only did he get hate from fellow tweeps, he got a reprimand and advice from Xhosa songbird Simphiwe Dana as well.
Cassper recently gave his two cents on slavery and black people's progress in SA. However, his views were not very popular with tweeps and he got slammed for his opinion on the subject.
Briefly.co.za reported that tweeps really dragged Cassper down on social media.
When Xhosa singer Simphiwe Dana learned what Cassper did, she decided to give him some advice.
She said she could understand where he came from with his remarks but that he should consider his fans and not alienate them.
She ended on a positive note and said she admires his success.
