Nominated in the Drama Queen of the Year category, Robbie Malinga Jnr join other nominees at the 2018 Feather Awards.

Robbie also known as Rob Marley, will be facing it off with the likes of AKA & Matlapa and Jackie Phamotse.

He just could not hold back his excitement when speaking to TshiaLIVE. He is totally over the moon with the nomination and said that he is truly honoured and humbled.

He said that he is overcome and appreciative of the support he has received from people. He is also grateful that he is noticed and that he does not take anything for granted.

Robbie has not yet made up his mind as to who he will be taking with him to the awards. It could be his mom or his bodyguard but one thing he does know and that he is looking for right designer outfit for the show.

The year 2018 was filled with comments from haters who were upset about the posts he posted on his father’s Instagram page showing off his lavish lifestyle.

Briefly.co.za learnt that, instead of lashing out to those doing the posting, he took the decision to go out and buy more Gucci sunglasses and lavish clothing in order for the critics to have more to talk about!

With Robbie been nominated, his manager Sipho Dube told TshiaLIVE that it proves that Robbie’s reaction to the haters most certainly has silenced them!

Sipho is very happy for Robbie and says after Robbie’s dad dies rumours were spread that he was wasting his father’s money, but in the end all has turned out well.

The annual event will be hosted by Somizi. They aim to celebrate the LGBTIQ+ community on the November 15 and the venue will be Johannesburg City Hall.
