Sibling love is a beautiful thing. The kind of bond that siblings have is something that can't really be put into words. A young woman recently showed the love she has for her sister by trying to reel in help for her from fellow South Africans.
Twitter user @Zwadi_Lweti turned to social media to ask for a little help for her sister. Her sister, Ongeziwe, would have graduated from Wits University in March this year but sadly, she couldn't because of her student debt.
Ongeziwe had student debt of R34 000 and already managed to pay off a lot of it. She still owes R17 000 and is working as a cashier at Spar to help her pay off everything.
@Zwadi_Lweti asked that tweeps share her tweet and hope that people with kind and generous hearts will see it and offer to help Ongeziwe out.
It's not the first time that people turned to social media for help. Briefly.co.za reported earlier that a young woman asked for kidney donators for her fiancé, and the response was heartwarming.
One tweep even asked for 50 000 retweets so he can land a date with his dream girl!
