Kidnapped woman, 20, found 1000km away from her home after 2 weeks

- A 20-year-old woman, who was kidnapped two-weeks-ago, turned up recently

- However, she was found over 1000km away from her home town

- The woman, Anathi Sikhafungane, was lured into a car by a lady after her classes

Anathi Sikhafungane went missing two-weeks-ago after she got into a car with an unidentified woman.

Her family feared the worst after they received a chilling note, which read: "She is still alive. I won’t hurt or kill her. I just want to make money with her. She is so sweet. When I am done with her, I will tell you where you must go and fetch her. I’m not that bad I just need money.”

According to her uncle, Michael Sikhafungane, Anathi got into a Toyota Avanza with a woman after she finished classes.

When she got into the car, the lady offered her a drink and after that Anathi could not remember anything afterwards.

She woke up on Thursday night in a different car, this time with men. Briefly.co.za learned the men left her in a field near Mthatha.

Luckily, she had her phone with her and she was able to contact her family. IOL reported a missing person's case.
