- A Limpopo dad asked his 16-year-old daughter to go to initiation school
- She accepted without asking questions
- This impressed him a lot and he bought her a Toyota Fortuner as a reward
A proud dad in Ga-Sekgopo in Limpopo was so impressed by his daughter's respectful attitude recently that he bought her a Toyota Fortuner.
According to Daily Sun, Matshoboko Makola asked his daughter Motsatsi to attend initiation school for women. This was meant to teach her respect and dignity.
16-year-old Motsatsi accepted his request without arguing and spent seven days at the school, Briefly.co.za gathered.
Even though she didn’t know what to expect at the school, she said yes very politely without asking questions.
Upon her return, Motsatsi was pleasantly surprised to find over 100 jubilant people and her brand new car waiting for her.
Overjoyed, she thanked her dad profusely:
This is the best and biggest gift my dad has ever given me. I cried when he told me it was my car. I am very grateful for what he has done for me and I will forever cherish this moment.
Matshoboko is a prominent taxi owner in the area. His daughter is doing grade 11 at a local secondary school.
