Mom shares throwback of falling pregnant again after a miscarriage

A young mom has shared an encouraging story of how she fell pregnant just two months after suffering a miscarriage.

The mom, who calls herself @Phroetiq on Twitter, said she discovered she was pregnant again on 11 October, 2017.

She explained that she was scared of bonding with her new unborn baby in case she lost him as well through another miscarriage.

@Phroetiq said although she went through her pregnancy in a mechanical way, her mission was to keep her baby alive.

She added that her unborn baby gave her much-needed encouragement when he started kicking in the womb.

The proud mom expressed appreciation that she gave birth to her baby and finally formed a strong bond with him.

She urged other women who have had miscarriages not to give up hope:

To anyone who lost a baby, I know the darkness and hopelessness that comes with it. I didn’t heal because I had another baby.
He’s not a replacement. I still grieve. But I promise it won’t always hurt as much as it does. It won’t be dark forever.

@Phroetiq's story warmed the hearts of her followers. Many of them wished her well.
