Milutin Sredojevic, coach of Orlando Pirates, says the club have great ambition but he remains calm.
Times Live reported that Sredojevic accepts the pressure and expectation that comes with coaching the Buccaneers but insists it isn’t weighing him down.
He emphatically said, "First of all, the only pressure I feel in my life is the pressure from God.
"In every competition we are in, we are coming with the highest possible ambition to go all the way and win, and that is the identity of this great club that I'm blessed to be its head coach."
Pirates currently lay 2nd on the Absa premiership table and have enjoyed a good run of form.
However, Sredojevic would be weary of complacency after the solid start as their title hopes faded towards the end of last season when they finished second.
It’s been a barren 4 years for supporters of the Buccaneers with their last title, the Nedbank Cup in 2014.
The Telkom Knockout presents them with another opportunity as they’ve now drawn Chippa United in the first round.
