A man was busy doing research on Google Street View to find the best way to cross a bridge, but he got more than he bargained for.
There is a saying which states the truth always comes out- and it could not be more true for one couple.
A Peruvian man did research on Google Street View when he saw a photo of a woman stroking a man's head while he rested on her lap.
Upon a closer look, the man discovered the woman in the picture, which was taken when Google's team surveyed the area in 2013, was his wife.
The man confronted his spouse and she admitted to an affair, IOL reported. He then shared the photo on his social media pages, and the internet joked about how it's a "small world".
Briefly.co.za learned man, who resides in Lima, could not forgive his wife for her infidelity and the couple has since gotten a divorce.
Google Street View surveys different areas and a team takes 360 degree view photos, which is later placed on the internet maps. The photos often includes objects, such as cars and bicycles, but the likelihood of spotting someone you know is slim.
