K Naomi has come under fire for allegedly encouraging women to wear more makeup and weaves in order to be beautiful, but she has since fired back.

The TV personality recently posted a makeup-free selfie which caused a bit of a stir.

Tweeps accused her of encouraging African women to appeal to more western ideas of beauty, but the celeb has clapped back by saying that she has done nothing of the sort.

It is arguable that with her influence, that many will aspire to be like her, even if that means always sporting a weave.

But K Naomi has expressed that she has never told anyone how to dress or how they should look, she was just sharing an intimate moment with her followers.

Briefly.co.za learned that one hater in particular begged the starlet to become a role model to African women and to rather embrace her natural beauty, encouraging more ladies to follow suit.

But according to TimesLIVE, this didn’t sit well with K Naomi and she soon slammed the tweep for wanting her to tell others how to dress.

The TV personality claims that she has never policed anyone about their fashion or their makeup, so why should she start doing that now?

K Naomi went on to say that she knows that there are women who like to be more natural and there are women who like to be glam, she feels that is entirely their decision.

The celeb called out the hater for wanting to change other women and she advised them to rather stay in their lane instead.
