SA man’s simple message goes viral with a staggering 7 million views

2 minutes is all it took for Richard Mulholland to attract 7 million views.

To be more specific, his 2 minute long video clip has been viewed more than 7 million times.

The video features an extract from one of Mulholland’s inspirational talks and was shared by Goalcast, a Facebook group featuring daily inspirational videos/ posts.

In it, Mulholland shares the story of an elderly lady who lived with regret for nearly 60 years. He goes on to detail why she was not able to wed the man of her dreams. Ultimately, the message is clear – it’s better to regret mistakes made while chasing what you want rather than facing the regret of not trying at all.

Mulholland is a highly-rated motivational speaker who founded Missing Link - South Africa’s largest presentation firm. He occasionally lectures at The Cape Graduate School of Business and the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
