Lerato Kganyago has been taking the entertainment by storm over the past few years and she is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.
She has it all: beauty, bubbly personality and enough motivation to take over the world, which is what the TV personality is planning to do.
The beauty was born and raised in Soweto by her grandmother, and she got her first taste of fame in 2003.
A young Lerato competed in a beauty pageant where she earned herself the title of Miss Soweto and the rest is history, although she did have dreams of becoming a flight attendant.
To date, she has hosted numerous events and TV shows, but the star isn’t stopping until she gets one of her own.
Lerato has revealed that she would love to have her own talk show, which is pretty much every TV host’s dream.
According to ZAlebs, she also has plans about starting her own business in showbiz although she refuses to reveal any details about what she will be working on.
Briefly.co.za learned that Lerato has earned herself a number of haters with her growing success, which is only natural in such a cutthroat industry.
Many people like to compare her to Bonang, but she has just learned to ignore them and to keep hustling.
Lerato has said that she hates being compared to Queen B because they are different in their own way and she isn’t trying to emulate Bonang’s career.
The celeb has a thriving career as a DJ and this year alone, she bagged a coveted spot as the presenter and judge on the first ever season of ‘Project Runway South Africa’.
With 2018 slowly drawing to a close, Lerato’s fans are excited to see what she has up her sleeve for next year.
