The nurse, who worked for MediClinic through an agency, was sacked after she made inappropriate remarks regarding one of Omotoso's alleged sexual assault victims.

In a Facebook post, Ivy Masuku shamed Zondi, who recently testified in the Omotoso's sexual assault trial.

The post sparked outrage on social media and South Africans wanted to know what the hospital plans on doing about it.

South Africans praised the agency's decision to fire the nurse, learned.
