It’s not always an easy task to find a friend that will have your back no matter what, but these 5 South African celebs have managed to do just that.
We love how they’re always there for the highs, and the lows.
1. Basetsana Khumalo and Johanna Mukoki
Okay, so these two might be more than just besties. But still, their relationship is the stuff dreams are made of.
Basetsana and Johanna are sisters.
Johanne recently posted a cute picture of them on Instagram and captioned it:

2. Lorna Maseko and Bonang Matheba
Eish. When you’re as huge of a celeb as Bonang Matheba, it’s hard to keep your friends close. But, Queen B has managed to keep her friendship flame with Lorna Maseko burning strong.
If they’re not soaking up the sun while on a holiday, they’re enjoying each other’s company over dinner or lunch.

We can’t mention South Africa’s favourite besties without mentioning these two fab single mommas.
Pearl Thusi and DJ Zinhle are just the sweetest besties. When one succeeds, the other is quick to congratulate and celebrate them.
And who doesn’t love a bestie that buys you some amazing merch, like Pearl recently did for her ‘baestie’.
Briefly.co.za reported that DJ Zinhle took to social media recently to show off what her bestie got her. She was very emotional and you could see by the tears, that it meant a lot.

4. Khanya Mkangisa and Boity Thulo
Here are another two besties who love going on holiday together.
Khanya and Boity are true friendship goals. They’re always supporting each other. They also enjoy going away together. Gosh, it must be so much fun to go on holiday with your BFF.
Khanya sent Boity a sweet message for her 28th birthday:
“Happy birthday to my Baby, the other half of #KHAiTY my sound board, the one who matches my cray-cray, my lil' big sis. I appreciate you and I'm not only happy to spend this day with you, but to have you in my life. You're stuck with me for life! (I woke her up so we could take this pic.)”
5. Thembi Seete and Terry Pheto
This friendship is best described in Thembi’s very own words: “When women support each other amazing ,beautiful things happen.”
These two have been there for each other through thick and thin. When success knocks on either one’s door, bestie is always there to support and celebrate the other.
