Tweeps were outraged as an image was shared on social media showing Apostle Nana Poku wearing a SAPS (South African Police Services) uniform.

The user labelled Poku a thug and questioned why no legal action had been taken against him.

Eventually user @Kgadimo2 magnified the uniform badge in the picture and stated that, “Constable Dikobe should be found.”

This was swiftly followed by user @Tshwane23726325 who slammed the corruption at fault and called for both the guilty officer and the pastor to be charged.

Eventually, tempers flared and the xenophobic chants reared their ugly head again.

Bizarrely, also came across the below tweet dated January 2017 where user @PikkieGreeff also criticised the pastor, but for wearing a SANDF uniform on that occasion.

It was another instance of a South African bemused by the pastor’s blatant disregard for the law.
