- To celebrate the start of SA Fashion Week, organisers along with Cruz Vodka threw a launch party
- From AKA to K Naomi, Mzansi’s hottest celebs graced the red carpet
- Seeing as it is a fashion event, the celebs pulled out all the stops for the evening
SA Fashion Week is here and it is hands down the highlight of the year for Mzansi’s fashionista. To mark the opening of the event, organisers teamed up with Cruz Vodka to host the official launch party ahead of all the runway shows.
On the night, local celebs got dressed to the nines to step out onto the red carpet and boy, did they serve looks.
All of Mzansi’s hottest celebs attended the party and Briefly.co.za compiled a list of some of the must-see looks of the night.
The TV personality showed off her bubbly personality with an unusual feathered dress.
Simz looked radiant in a white cocktail dress. Even with the dress’ high collar, the actress still knows how to make it look sexy.
Known for her glamorous style, it comes as no surprise that K Naomi stole the show with her silvery jumpsuit. The influencer is certainly never shy to take a risk when it comes to fashion.
The media personality proved that less is more, with her simple gown that let her vibrant personality shine through.
Talking about making a fashion statement! Blue turned heads with her stunning burgundy gown, but it was her shoes that caught everyone’s attention. The model decided that high heels were overrated, so she opted for All-Stars instead.
Usually the women steal the spotlight at events like this, but according to ZAlebs, the guys brought the heat too.
Instead of wearing a traditional black tux, Supa Mega made a bold choice to sport a bright patterned suit and we must admit, his risk paid off.
Another man who strayed away from the norm was Tino Chinyani, who went for an olive double-breasted suit. While certainly an unusual colour choice, the model and TV personality can make pretty much anything look good.
