A Pretoria-based entrepreneur has shared an inspiring throwback to how his successful entertainment business started three years ago.

K Malatji owns TshwaneFontein, a popular entertainment spot. He shared photos of a near-empty office and an empty courtyard that was still under construction on Twitter. He said:

3 years ago this was the courtyard where TshwaneFontein is hosted (no restaurant) and this hall was our office. We took the risk on 012 when it was said the middle class would never come to town. Be decisive, take the risk and push until it materialises.

In another tweet, Malatji posted photos of the entertainment spot taken two years ago. He said this weekend will be TshwaneFontein's anniversary.

The entrepreneur thanked God for how far his business has come and for rewarding his resilience.
