A 93-year-old woman recently proved that it's never too late to find love again after she tied the knot with an 86-year-old man.

w24.co.za reports that Dorothy Williams, from Michigan in the US, had been a widow for 20 years. She met Richard Rola at a family event three years ago.

The two hit it off in no time at all and within just four months, Dorothy knew that he "was the one." Richard eventually proposed after a year and a half.

In an interview, a delighted Dorothy said Richard's proposal came as a pleasant surprise:

For his part, Richard said he and Dorothy "match each other on so many levels" and being together came naturally.
