Mamelodi Sundowns brilliant midfielder Andile Jali could face possible expulsion from the club if he doesn't get his drinking problem under control.

Andile allegedly failed 3 breathalyser tests since he joined the Sundowns this season. His career with them is on thin ice.

According to a report by Sunday World, Andile was also involved in an altercation with Sundowns' head coach, Pitso Mosimane. The incident happened in front of the team's management.

Apparently, the head coach addressed Andile's drinking, saying he's drinking away his soccer career.

Andile accused Pitso of ill-treatment and said he 'wanted out'. He allegedly arrives at training sessions drunk.

The player's drinking also allegedly caused him to miss a pre-season trip to Botswana.

Briefly gathered that Jali's desperate wife, Nonhle Ndala, approached the Sundowns' management about her husband. She allegedly begged them to save him.

However, when management called a meeting to address the problems, Andile was a no-show.

The soccer star did not comment on these allegations and his agent, Mike Makaab also had nothing to say.

I don't want to make a comment about that, you can talk to Mamelodi Sundowns.

Thulani Thuswa, the Sundowns' spokesperson, stated that any internal issues are dealt with between the players and the club.

When coming to personal issues of players or any Sundowns employee the club never comments on such.

The Sundowns are more than eager to help Andile with his problems. Mosimane wants Andile to overcome his alleged drinking problem and is willing to take him to rehab.
