Kat and Godfrey met amid a profoundly tense minute. Kat and her little girl got stuck on the N1 in the centre lane.
She portrayed the nerve-racking moment since trucks and cars were swerving behind her at the last minute.
The mother shared the moving story on Facebook where South Africans were praising the Good Samaritan and saint, expressing gratitude toward him for his demonstration of benevolence.
Kat separated amidst the N1 freeway on Saturday while on the way to a wedding with her little girl.
The vehicle just broke down and quit working. She had called Discovery Insure to come and help and they were headed, yet all the mother and little girl could do was pause.
The savior was wearing reflective clothing, so he begun by coordinating movement far from the automobile as he put beacons in the path behind and around them.
He drove his truck to the front and after that came and took her girl by the hand and escorted her to his truck. He then proceeded to pull her vehicle onto the flatbed.
He then escorted the mother to the cab of his truck and drove them a couple of hundred meters to the nearest e-Toll gantry.
Subsequent to sharing the story on Facebook, Kat ended up motivated by all the positive remarks that the post was generating and begun a BackaBuddy crowdfund. The objective was to bring R20 000 and the objective was achieved in a matter of days.
