Sfiso Ncwane is the late multi-award-winning gospel singer. Wife, Ayanda, has written a book that she has dedicated to her beloved husband.
After suffering complications relating to kidney failure, the Kulungile Baba singer came to his demise in December 2016.
Ayanda explained to DRUM, that it all started in January 2017 and the book was not a planned thing. Ayanda said that whenever she needed an outlet for her thoughts she would jot them down.
Briefly.co.za learnt that she titled the book, For the Love of Sfiso Ncwane, and was written in accordance with her feelings and any given time or day.
The couple had decided, before Sfiso’s death, that they would together, release a book for their 10th anniversary.
The book would have been based on factors that had influenced them to have the strong marriage they did have and also focus on the factors that had kept their business flourishing.
Unfortunately this did not happen. Ayanda said that they did not even get the opportunity to start writing the book, and this is what gave her the inspiration to move forward and carry out the plan they had decided to do together.
The book is divided into three sections. It starts off with Ayanda’s childhood and her upbringing, goes onto her journey through life with Sfiso and finally the adaptation of living life without him.
In the book, Ayanda shares so much about her and Sfiso’s relationship. She said things are written that not even her family members know about.
For the Love of Sfiso Ncwane will become available at Exclusive Books and CNA from Friday 2 November.
