Video: Businessman robbed and shot at in broad daylight

On Monday, another brazen robbery in broad daylight was caught on video. A Limpopo businessman was robbed by two armed thugs, who had no trouble shooting at him.

Crime is on the rise in South Africa and every day people come face-to-face with some form of it. A video has made its way on social media, which showed a businessman getting robbed at gun point.

CCTV footage shows the businessman exiting his company's premises in Musina, Limpopo. However, just as he got into his bakkie, he was ambushed by two armed men.

One of the men pulled on a bag, but the businessman held on for all he's worth and it resulted in the thug pulling the man out of his bakkie.

The popular businessman managed to hold onto the bag, which Briefly.co.za learned allegedly had a large sum of money in it.

At one point, a lady who reviewed the footage, could be heard saying he was shot at. At the end, the robbers are victorious and they make off with the man's bag.

According to the Daily Sun, they attempted to come in contact with the businessman, but he failed to answer the phone. However, the police did confirm they were busy investigating the ordeal.
